In another industry first we have just launched our NEW Gable & Raked frame showroom poster. The poster features a large variety of design combinations that make up the gable fronted conservatory range and boasts 36 different designs of Gable frame and 8 designs of Lean-to Raked frame.
"Remaining ahead of the competition is paramount to the continued growth of our company. Helping our customers increase sales of this type of conservatory is the logical step to enable us to do this", commented Matthew Wilkinson, GableCraft MD.
GableCraft are the first in the industry to produce such marketing material specifically for the Gable fronted or lean-to conservatory. "Gable fronted conservatories are relatively simple to build and we provide a comprehensive range of designs to suit most tastes", added Matthew.
This is the first part in a range of sales aids being added to GableCraft`s existing comprehensive portfolio throughout the course of the year.

As we all know the environmentally friendly products now play a big part of our industry. With companies constantly looking to come up with new ways to create a lessen impact on the environment, Gable Frame manufacturing and Profile bending company Gablecraft Ltd are transforming the way they package their frames.
“At Gablecraft we are constantly striving to find new ways of becoming more efficient and in turn, more environmentally friendly. As part of our new packaging scheme to reduce our carbon footprint, we are changing our petroleum based foam packaging in exchange for a new recycled cardboard option”, commented Matthew Wilkinson, Gablecraft MD.
There have been 2 changes with the introduction of a new bead support block to keep the beads in place during transportation. This new block has been produced solely for this purpose and is made from recycled cardboard. The second of the changes is a new 25mm thick cardboard U-channel for packaging our frames when a carrier is used.

We have made some amendments to our Shaped Frame Order Form including some profile additions. To see the new order form please click on "Downloads" and then select "Order Form". From here it can either be printed out or saved to your computer for use at a later date.

One of the main profiles we have been asked for over the past year is Eurocell. We realise we have lost work as a result of not being able to use this profile so we have now become a Eurocell fabricator aswell to add to our already comprehensive range of profiles.
The systems we shall be working with are the Logik and Logik Ovolo and we will be fully tooled and stocked up by the beginning of March 2009. We shall be making the necessary changes to the quotes system to incorporate this suite over the next few weeks...

As an addition to our self branding of quotes feature, we have now added the ability to print off your own Gable & Raked frame pricelist. This will have all your companies details on, with codes derived from your company name. The prices are based on our inflated list prices so you can print off and supply to your customer knowing that you have built in markup within the price.Additionally to this you can amend the background and font colour to exactly match that of your own companies branding giving the impression everything is produced in house. Next time you logon have a quick look at the "My Pricelist" feature within the trade area.

As many users of our unique online shaped frame quotation system will know, getting a quote frame us is easier than making a cup of tea ! However, what do you do when you want to give your customers a quote with a bit of markup in it for you? Tippex out our price and stick your company label over our details? Scribble it down on their original enquiry and fax it back?
Not anymore... Using our new self branding of quotes feature, all of our details will be removed leaving only your companies details there to see. Various options for markup are also available so if you want to add on £100 but dont want your customer to see your calcs or you want 30% adding on every quote you do then all these features are available on our online quotes system.

As we all know waiting for glass on this type of frame not only means you cannot finish the job but also that payment is held up as a result of. As our customers will know we provide glass sizes at point of order for straight mullion designs but we still supply templates for sunburst designs which can mean that you dont get your templates until you recieve your frame.
To combat this we can now supply your frame fully glazed, in float or toughened, Standard or Planitherm, Clear or Patterned all within a 7 Day lead time. This can save you alot of time and hassle in sorting out your own glass and means you are no longer held up on your fitting jobs !
