What profiles do you work with? We currently use WHS Halo Eclipse, Esthetique, Rustique MK2, Rehau S706, Spectus Elite 70, Duraflex 65mm & 70mm, Synseal Synerjy and K2 70mm. How do I get a quote from you? You can fax over your requirements on our quotation form that can be downloaded from our downloads area or alternatively by using our unique online quote / size calculating system. How do I register for your online services ? Online services or "CRAFTTEC" as its know can be registered for using the "Register For CRAFTTEC" button. If you have received any correspondence from ourselves in the past then you are already pre-registered. If you have forgotten your username & password then please fill out the "Forgotten your Password ?" form in the "Register For CRAFTTEC" Area. Do I need to install any software on my computer ? No, not at all. The services we offer can be accessed from any internet ready computer from anywhere in the world. All you need is your unique Username & Password that we gave you when you registered for services. How do I brand up my own quotes ? As a registered user of our CRAFTTEC services you will have the option should you want to to upload your own company logo in a J-Peg format. You can also add a markup to your quote from ourselves so that any quote you do can be passed off as your own. These services can be setup using the CRAFTBRAND area once logged in. Do you deliver on your own transport ? Yes we do for most areas of the UK however in some parts we will use a carrier service. Please look at our delivery and packaging page to see our coverage areas. Can you make shaped frames using any profile ? We only produce shaped frames using the profiles we stock. The reason for this is we have all the necessary tooling for each individual profile allowing a machine finish on all frames. Do you produce all types of shaped frames ? We only produce Conservatory Gable & Raked end frames. Can you weld gable frames down to a point? Yes we can and pride ourselves on being the best in the business at this procedure. We can weld down as low as 17.5 degrees using a slim outerframe. What is the minimum diameter you can bend a sunburst bend to ? The minimum for standard profiles is 750mm. Certain profile sections however allow us to bend below this size. We may need to specify the profile used for this though. What is your lead time ? Our standard lead time is 10-14 working days, however we will always try to accommodate the occasional "Rush Job" and usually deliver before the estimated delivery date. What are your payment terms ? Payment will be required at point of order until a successful trading relationship is built up. Payment can be made by credit card, BACS, Cheque or directly into a Natwest bank. |
